These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of khatt.pk and the Khatt waitlist. By submitting your email address or otherwise using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

Joining the Khatt waitlist does not guarantee access to Khatt or any of its services. We reserve the right to grant or deny access at our sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason.

Waitlist position does not constitute a contract, promise, or obligation of any kind. We may change, delay, or discontinue the product at any time without liability.

By submitting your email address, you confirm that it belongs to you and that the information you provide is accurate. You agree to receive waitlist-related communications from us at that address.

You can unsubscribe or request removal from the waitlist at any time by emailing raahim@khatt.pk.

You agree not to use khatt.pk to:

— Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information — Attempt to disrupt, interfere with, or compromise the website or its infrastructure — Violate any applicable Pakistani or international law — Use automated tools to submit multiple waitlist entries

All content on khatt.pk — including the name, logo, design, copy, and any associated assets — is the property of Khatt. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any of it without our prior written consent.

Khatt is currently in a pre-launch phase. This website and the waitlist are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We do not guarantee that the website will be available, error-free, or uninterrupted at all times. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your use of or inability to access the website.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Khatt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website, participation in the waitlist, or reliance on any information provided herein.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Islamabad, Pakistan.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
